Production Technology:

Laser cutting material, precision accuracy error is controlled within 0.2mm.

After bending out, the gap is less than 0.1mm, and it can be directly take the laser welded. And we have different V-grooves (lower dies) to bend different thickness plates.

All customers' drawings are archived, and the factory's numerical control is high. The drawings not change and the quality will also not change.

Before packaging, QC will overall check the whole structure, surface and parts.,etc by pre- assembly. At packaging, workers must strictly follow export transportation standard to do package and make sure the quantity of parts are correct and the layout is suitable and firm.
